About us

Teach Hilda Teo's goal is to bring the Finest Organic Foods from the South of Italy to Ireland, so that Irish consumers can enjoy the finest mediterranean cuisine, in their own home's, or in their local Eateries.

Foods & Ingredients are sourced from Southern Italy, where our Distribution Partner IMEX Lucania srl, sources & ships the produce to Ireland on our behalf.

We hope you'll enjoy our produce, and see that our foods do not compete with Irish Organic foods, but instead add to the variety of Organic foods available in the Irish Market.

We are registered with the Health Service Executive, as a Food Business Operator. We are HACCP compliant, and are Licenced by Organic Trust Ltd, as an Importer and Distributor of Certified Organic Ambient and Chilled Products. Code IE-ORG-03, Lic. No:741.

We're regularly looking for new shops to sell our produce in, so if you know of places that appreciate selling good food to savvy consumers, please do let us know.

Our Certified Organic Hamper's are filled with the finest Italian Organic foods available today. Choose from either the "Savoury Select" Hamper with pasta's, sauces, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pastes & pesto's, or the "Time Out" Hamper filled with Tea's coffee's Biscuits & Honey! Both hamper's are keenly priced at €45! (of course, the basket can be re-used when out doing more organic shopping!)

Traceability of foods is of utmost importance to all food chains, especially Organic Foods.

As an additional safeguard to food safety, all links in the chain from the farm to your door, is required to be Certified Organic.

With more stringent standards across all aspects of production required for Organic Certification, additional assurance in the quality of organic foods is inherent for consumers.

For this Quality Assurance, Teach Hilda Teo, is registered with Organic Trust, one of the Irish Organic Certification Bodies.
